After graduating Culinary school in Reno Nevada and touring hotels and Casinos like Ballys, The Reno Hilton and John Asquagas Nugget, I returned home to my birthplace of Ft. Wayne Indiana. Working in the hospitality field for 15 years at place like Marriott, The Hilton at the Grand Wayne Convention Center and the Holiday Inn. I am currently a Sous Chef at the corporate offices of Parkview Health Systems. I have enjoyed carving ice for the last 10 years and it is truly an honor to be in Alaska with the best Ice Carvers in the world.
