Adam Hot was born and raised in Burleson, Texas. Currently he is the Chef de Cuisine at Rivercrest Country Club in Fort Worth. His most proud achievement is being named ‘Best Teen Chef in America” 2002 through the Art Institutes grasping two gold medals while competing against 128 other students from around the United States.

Eight years ago, Adam starting cutting ice for special events. Today he sculpts all the ice for special events for Rivercrest Country Club. Most of his work has been realistic pieces but he has now ventured into the abstract art world.
