Meals & Lodging Committees - Hoa Brickley
Plans and prepares all meals for visiting artists and volunteers. Assists with arranging lodging and transportation to and from the airport for out of town volunteers.
  Committee Chair(s) Duties
  Menu and Supply Coordinator - Hoa Brickley Plans all menus for artists lunch, dinner and snacks. Ensures all supplies are on hand for preparation
 
Meal Preparation Coordinator - Robert Brickley
Planning, preparation and the serving of all meals to the artists and volunteers.
  Food Donations Expeditor - Grace Chang With theable assistance of husband Tom Chang, collects donated food supplies from local businesses.
 
Meal Dining Hall Coordinator - Sandy Hora

Keeps the diningroom clean and stocked with paper products and beverages. Helps serve the meals. Keeps the snack area supplied round the clock.
 
Lodging Coordinator - Dave Thompson
Responsible for coordinating lodging of all visiting artists and volunteers.
 
Sculptor Saturday Brunch - Paula and Vigo Anderson
Plans, prepares and serves the luscious Saturday Brunch to the artists and Ice Alaska volunteers as a finale to the sculpting competition. The Brunch is served at Ice Park.
