Library Showcases Ice Alaska
WORLD ICE ART ON DISPLAY!
Please go see the BP World Ice Art Championships display in the glass enclosure at the library. It is outstanding. I was there and every kid stopped to gaze. The displays at the bottom intrigue the kids. This is amazing. See the picture I took today. The little girl is the daughter of a Russian lady, Eve Campbell, that volunteered until she had little Vera-Ann two years ago. They just happened to be there when I decided to go take pictures.
Thanks to Susan Burgess, my most wonderful assistant last year for reserving the display and doing this, actually I assisted her last year. She did the work, I got the credit, what a great management plan.
