Raffle Procedure:  24 names will be drawn on April 19, 2012. These winners will open the cylinder at Ice Alaska’s Ice Park on April 21st, 2012@ 6 PM -- that corresponds with the number they were drawn. I.e. 1st person drawn opens cylinder 1, etc. If winner cannot be there, an official will open for them.  The certificates placed in cylinders are random and in no special order.  The certificates will have the amount the winner has won on it.

A drive around Fairbanks offers visitors a free art show, sponsored by the following local businesses.
