Rosenbaum, Benjamin

Ben Rosenbaum, 20, born in Wisconsin but has lived in Southern California most of his life. Associate Degree, Culinary Arts, Oregon Coast Culinary Institute. He is an ex-tern with Chef Chris Foltz to learn Ice. He received his first NICA Silver Medal this year at 'High on Ice' in Fort Saint John Canada!!!
