Interested in Being an Ice Alaska Board Member?

Are you interested in running for the ICE ALASKA BOARD OF DIRECTORS or do you know someone you’d like to encourage to run? In addition to being a member of Ice Alaska, individuals planning on running for the Board of Directors must submit their desire to run, along with a brief bio/resumé, a minimum of 30 days prior to the annual meeting.

The annual meeting is the first Wednesday, after the first Thursday Pot Luck Planning and Membership Meeting in October.  An application stating you intend to run for the board with your bio/resume, must be turned in one month prior to the annual meeting.

It’s simple to do... fill out the following form or take a blank sheet of paper and write your name and contact information at the top, followed by a very short bio or resumé stating whatever you’d like to say about yourself (volunteer experiences with Ice Alaska or other organizations, interests, hobbies, past and present occupation(s), experience or expertise you’d bring to the board. Goals you’d like for Ice Alaska to pursue. WHATEVER... Only needs to be a line or two! or longer if you’d like.)
