2011 – 2012 Annual Meeting / Election Dates

Ice Alaska Board Elections Coming up October 12:
Interested in Being an Ice Alaska Board Member?
- Sept 11, 2011 - Announce intentions to run for being an Ice Alaska Board Member
- October 6, 2011 - Pot Luck Planning Meeting (last day membership purchasers are eligible to vote at the annual mtg)
- October 12, 2011, 7pm. Annual General Membership Meeting and Board Elections.

Ice Alaska memberships run from July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012 - so most of you need to renew your memberships.
Also of note is according to our By-Laws:
Section 3. .... To be eligible to vote, a member shall pay the annual
dues at least five days prior to the annual meeting.
Current Board of Directors. The board is comprised of 9 seats lettered A thru I: Seat A, B and C (3 year terms) - are up for election this year.  Also, Seat F (1 year remaining) is up because Mike Lombardino resigned for several months, but was reappointed to the seat.  Any seat that is appointed by the board is up for election by the membership at the next General Membership Meeting.

* Seat B - Don Swarner( expires in Oct. 2011)
* Seat C – Hank Bartos (expires in Oct. 2011) (appointed)
- Seat D - Ethel Stoneman (expires Oct. 2012)
- Seat E - Andy O’Grady (expires in Oct. 2012)
* Seat F – Mike Lombardino (expires Oct. 2012) (Reappointed)
- Seat G - Dick Brickley (expires Oct. 2013)
- Seat H - Connie Adkins - (expires Oct. 2013)
- Seat I - Wally Cox - (expires Oct. 2013
